Be respectful and listen to your teacher, assistant teacher or any guest instructors.
Be respectful to your fellow students.
Bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind, in any form will not be tolerated.
Abide by the “hands off” rule; no touching other students without their permission.
Follow the safety instructions explained by the teacher.
Unless instructed by your teacher, items in the studio such as mirrors, barres, tables and other props and equipment should not be touched.
Wait for your parent/carer to collect you at the end of each lesson.
Arrive at class on time.
Stretch while you are waiting for your class to start.
Ensure your mobile phone is turned off.
Go to the toilet before the beginning of class.
Eat before or after class, not during.
Bring a bottle of water to class.
Abide by the ‘No Nut’ policy
Keep the waiting room clean and free of rubbish.
Arrive wearing the correct uniform and footwear
No jewellery ie rings or necklaces – exceptions for religious and medical reasons.
Arrive with your hair secured away from your face.
Arrive with your hair in a bun for ballet.
Come in to class with an open mind and a positive attitude.
Support and encourage fellow students in their learning.
